The Bang & Olufsen BeoSound 5 Encore has a 10.4 inch LCD screen and an aluminum scroll wheel. Access to over 13000 Internet radio stations and a full display of album covers, songs and stations. The Bang & Olufsen BeoSound 5 Encore is an upgraded version of its predecessor the BeoSound 5 Controller, which was released in 2008. The most notable difference is the ease of device connectivity with the Encore, which can add any music in practically any digital form from Smartphones to USB sticks. With the BeoMaster 5, Bang & Olufsen's central music server, different music and photos can be played simultaneously from multiple locations in the home.
