Anonymous: #grace_digital_solo same thing happened to me with two bought from Best Buy. First one I returned, second one did the same thing. Just shows "starting..." and does nothing else. The fix is this: open up back (four screws) re-seat the antenna wireless receiver that is plugged into a usb port, I re-seated and put a rubber bumper under it to hold it in place and keep it parallel to the board behind it. works!. may also be a reason why signal or connection drops in and out for some people. Anonymous: #grace_digital_solo It is unreliable. Mine has displayed the same 'starting...' message for a week. I just did a factory reset and it returned to the 'starting...' error. Jan 2, 11
