An iPod dock is built directly into the turntable, allowing tracks to be recorded and transfered without the use of an external computer. Alternately a USB cable can be used to connect the turntable to a PC or Mac, and while drivers aren't needed, the included software automates the conversion of the audio into MP3 format and sends it directly to iTunes. A 1/8 inch input allows for external devices, such as cassette players, to be connected and run through the digital conversion system as well. RCA line outputs can connect directly to home theater systems without the need for an external phono preamp.
