In order to eliminate unwanted channel cross-talk, NAD has implemented a mono-block modular construction along with a selection of high quality components. Class A input circuitry, gold plated RCA inputs and toroidal power transformers have been used to optimize sound output. The T 973 lacks signal-sensing automatic turn-on, however a 12V trigger has been built-in instead. The manufacturer recommends this product for use with a preamplifier for the best performance possible.
