#olympus_ls_11 Major, major bug. One of the unpleasant side effects of its bizarre file system is that you can only have and absolute maximum of 128 folders. So if you are planning to put a big SDHC chip in it and use it as an MP3 player, forget it!
And don't think you can work round this stupid limitation by using fewer folders and lumping several albums together. It also has a limit of 199 files per folder.
The most annoying thing is that this is not a limitation of the FAT file system. This is an entirely artificial limitation that Olympus has created itself. Olympus certainly knows how to screw up a potentially great product!

#olympus_ls_11 Be aware that the Voice-Sync function is NOT capable of resuming recording after any pause longer than 10 seconds maximum. Voice-Sync function is not like the VCVA (Variable Control Voice Activation) function in Olympus' other recorders.
