The Panasonic RR-US570 is a 1GB hand-held voice recorder that can record a maximum of 287 hours of mono MP3. Stereo recording and playback is also possible although more memory is used. A dedicated music folder is included which can store up to 999 files which in this and the next model is beneficial since Stereo playback is supported in these.

Features common to the top three voice recorders that Panasonic has to offer are a USB 2.0 connection, 3X Zoom Mic, Voice-Activated System Functions, Playback EQ and MP3 support. The only major distinguishing factor between these is memory size(and the model below this one, RR-US550 is only mono). Standard features common to all Panasonic voice recorders reviewed here include user-defined password protected folders to protect recorded files, built-in microphone jack and headphone jack, 3 recording speeds or 'modes', and a monochrome LED screen.
